All bookings are managed via SevenRooms, and you’ll be required to enter a phone number, email address and provide card authorisation details to complete your booking. These details will not be shared, and we’ll email to confirm your booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please refer back to your confirmation email which includes a link to amend or cancel your booking. We ask that any changes to your reservation be made no less that 24 hours prior to you booking. For late cancellations or no shows, a charge of £10 per person will be applied to the card on file.

If you’re running late, please call us on 020 7388 3222 and let us know. Where possible, we’ll always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. We really appreciate guests letting us know when they can’t make it, so we can make the table available for others to enjoy.

Under 18’s are allowed at Cafe KOKO during dining/restaurant times until 1opm when accompanied by an adult.

Guests must be 18+ to attend our Bottomless Brunch. This runs form 12pm – 5pm every Saturday.
Your discount is applicable to all Cafe KOKO menu items in both the tap bar and the restaurant. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
On Pratt Street there is a Lomax car park which offers paid parking. There are single yellow lines located around KOKO on Crowndale Road and Bayham Street, some of which allow free parking after 6.30pm but please check signage for hours of control before leaving your vehicle.
Blue Badge parking spaces are also available on Pratt Street.

We’ll always try to get back to you with feedback on your application but due to the volume of enquiries this may not always be possible. If you have not heard from us within eight weeks of your submission, you have not been successful on this occasion. We will keep your submission on file for future opportunities.
For vegetarian and plant-based guests there is plenty to choose from (it’s been said that our vegan pizza is the best in town!). As well as vegetarian and vegan pizzas, there are salads, small plates, sides and mains for non-meat eaters. All of our pizzas can be made gluten free on request, at no extra charge.

Guests are allowed to bring their own cakes for a charge of £5 per person (added to the final bill). However, if you are celebrating a special occasion, let us know in advance and our chefs would be happy to prepare something delicious (candles optional, of course). Our cakes start at £8/person, please enquire at info@koko.co.uk.
We do not offer corkage at Cafe KOKO, however we have a beautiful selection of wines in house. If there is something specific you are looking for, please get in touch and we will arrange for it be be bought in for you.
Guests must be 18+ to attend our bottomless brunch.
The last booking slot for bottomless brunch on Saturday is at 3.30pm. This allows you to have the full experience before our brunch finishes at 5pm.
All reservations are for 90mins. Please arrive on time for your reservation – tables will be held for 15 minutes and guests will only seated once the full party has arrived.
